As a Finance Consultant / Finance Manager, you will support our clients in transforming their financial processes and tackling strategic challenges, positioning yourself as a true business partner.
You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and work closely with our two Founding Partners, benefiting from their leadership and financial expertise.

Your responsibilities may include :
- Accounting and administration (AP, AR, GL)
- FP&A (dashboards, budgeting, KPI analysis)
- Management control and treasury operations
- Digital transformation and Odoo implementation
- Strategic support and client development
Profile :
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Finance Manager, Deputy CFO, or in equivalent finance roles (background in accounting and management control across multiple industries is highly valued)
- Previous consulting experience is a strong plus
- Fluency in English, spoken and written
- Strong interest in digital tools (Odoo knowledge is an advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, and solution-oriented mindset

Your Role
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will be at the heart of our Odoo projects. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our clients get the most out of their ERP system.
This position is ideal for someone analytical, curious, and motivated to grow into a digital consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their processes and challenges.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
- Configure Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.) with the support of senior consultants.
- Support testing, training, and go-live activities.
- Document processes and suggest improvements.
- Work closely with developers to ensure smooth delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Odoo knowledge or certification is a strong asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in business processes (finance, logistics, HR, sales, etc.).
- Motivation to learn Odoo and grow as a consultant.
- Excellent communication skills in English + French or Dutch.
- Team player, able to work effectively with all stakeholders.
- Valid work permit for Belgium.

About the Role:
As our Marketing & Admin Intern, you’ll play a key role in helping us grow and streamline our daily operations. From supporting content creation to handling admin tasks, you’ll get hands-on experience across the board. No two days are the same, and we like it that way.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (email, social, digital)
- Help with content creation (copywriting, visuals, coordination)
- Support social media scheduling and community management
- Manage administrative tasks
- Help with onboarding newcomers
- Help with talent acquisition: sourcing and screening candidates, drafting of competence files
- Work directly with the head of operations on special projects and daily operations
You Are:
- Organized, resourceful, and proactive
- Passionate about branding, communication, and all things digital
- Detail-oriented but also able to think big picture
- A self-starter who’s not afraid to learn and take initiative
- Fluent in English and French, Dutch is a plus
