Valerie Kibieta

Valerie Kibieta has more than 20 years’ Treasury/Finance experience in Telecoms, Real Estate and Engineering Services. She is your preferred partner for all matters relating to cash, raising funds and IPO due diligence.

She is an experienced leader with a multicultural background and a “can-do” attitude who particularly enjoys working in fast-moving environments with a focus on strategic value creation and delivery.

During her career she has worked in many areas of treasury and financing including cash forecasting, the hedging of forex exposure in international environments and TMS implementation. She has also successfully completed a number of debt and equity finance operations.

Valerie is a member of the Trends CFO Award jury and of “Réseau Entreprendre Bruxelles”. She loves networking and discovering new talents and can help recruit and train finance teams.

Siyuan Wu

Founding Partner & ERP Specialist

With more than 15 years’ experience as a Finance Leader, Siyuan Wu has in-depth knowledge of the Fashion & Luxury industry (retail, B2B, E-com, omni-channel) and would be your go-to partner for scaling up your finance teams and tools.

As she is a native Chinese speaker and perfectly trilingual, she can assist with all finance and tax matters related to international expansion and growth.

She has designed customised leadership programmes for our clients with a core focus on skillset, mindset, heartset and soulset. As a qualified Yoga instructor, she brings mindfulness to the business.
